I qualified from Newcastle University in 1988 and then spent 3 years at the RD&E undergoing GP training. From 1992-1994 I worked in New Zealand specialising in palliative care. I then returned to Devon and worked at Whipton Hospital in Exeter in the care of the elderly prior to joining Budleigh Salterton Medical Centre in 1998. My interests are care of the elderly, family planning and palliative medicine. I am married and have two young children and a dog
