Online Consultations
As from the 31st May 2022 Budleigh Salterton Medical Centre will be replacing the existing online consultation tool ‘eConsult’ with AccuRx ‘Patient Triage’.
Some patients may already be aware of AccuRx as the Medical Centre have used this to invite patients for their Covid-19 vaccination, to send information and questionnaires and to request information in the form of photos for upcoming GP appointments.
We hope you find this new online consultation tool a helpful addition to the Medical Centre.

This means if you have a non urgent admin or medical query, you can contact the practice online
How do I use Patient Triage?
- Open the link from our practice website (There’s no need to download an app or create an account!)
- Select either admin or medical request
- Confirm this is a non urgent request
- Write the request to the practice, giving as much information as possible
- Tell the practice how you want to be contacted
- Enter your details
- Press submit!
