I have a specialist post graduate qualification in drug misuse management, am interested in orthopaedics and am qualified in minor surgery. I am married with two children.”

“I qualified from Newcastle University in 1988 and then spent 3 years at the RD&E undergoing GP training. From 1992-1994 I worked in New Zealand specialising in palliative care. I then returned to Devon and worked at Whipton Hospital in Exeter in the care of the elderly prior to joining Budleigh Salterton Medical Centre in 1998. My interests are care of the elderly, family planning and palliative medicine. I am married and have two young children and a dog.”

After completion of junior doctor posts I worked in general practice for 10 years in North West London. I joined Budleigh Salterton Medical Practice in 2002.
My special interests are teenage mental wellbeing, weight management and women health.
I live in Exmouth and outside of general practice my interests include baking, gentle exercise and time with friends and family.
